It Is Good

It is good to praise the Lord. God Most High, it is good to praise your name. It is good to sing about your love in the morning and about your faithfulness at night.

Psalms 92:1-2 (ERV)

Dear God,

Today we approach the throne of grace, not with hands extended, but with hands lifted in praise to your high name.

We praise you God because nothing that exists is greater than you!

We praise you God because you are highest in rank, and you alone, reign supreme!

We arise early to honor you with the praise of our lips because of your unfailing love!

We praise you God for your loyalty to us all day long, as you keep us, provide for us, and guide us!

We will live in a posture of praise, in gratitude for your lovingkindness toward us.

Regardless of our situation it is always good to praise your name.

Our situations may change, seasons may change, but You never will.

If things seem bad, it is good.

If people walk away, it is good.

When things are going well, it is good.

It is always good to praise your name because You are always good, and for that we are eternally grateful.
